Dear School Parents,
As we look ahead to December, and you consider your end-of-the-calendar-year charities, we ask that you would also consider helping your child’s school. This year we are encouraging our school community to participate in our Giving Tuesday, December 2, fundraiser.
The goal of our Giving Tuesday, December 2, fundraiser is to have 100 percent of our school community participate in helping support our school. At this time, we have 100% of our faculty, staff, and school board participating in this fundraiser. Our goal is to also have 100 percent of our families participate.
For your convenience, we are also including a special flier about donating to The Bilgrav School. Please share this flier with others who may have an interest in helping your child’s school.
Please be encouraged that our focus is not on the amount of your gift; our focus is on your participation. Any amount is helpful, much appreciated, and tax-deductible. Whatever you feel comfortable sharing will add value to your child’s educational experience. Please know that The Bilgrav School is a 501c3 non-profit private educational institution, and our entire budget is dedicated to educating your children.
Please plan ahead to participate in our Giving Tuesday, December 2, fundraiser and help us move towards completing our goal of 100% participation. If you would like to share your gift now, please go to:

Please remember it’s about 100% participation, and the gift can be any amount to show you care about your school community. We will list the names of participants in alphabetical order in January. Your participation gift amount is confidential and tax-deductible.
We will email you reminders as we approach Giving Tuesday, December 2. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you need any additional information. Your ongoing support, participation, and partnership in the educational journey of your child at The Bilgrav School is truly appreciated.
Thank you,
Leo
